Redirect uri redirect_uri does not match registered redirect_uri

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://sp-oidc-sinatra.int.identitysandbox.gov
  2. Log in
  3. View "Success page"
  4. Hit the "Log out" button on the SP
  5. Error from the IDP: Redirect uri redirect_uri does not match registered redirect_uri

Need to add logout URI to service_providers.yml
