The blog doesn't support USWDS Tables

We've historically used tables in our blog with various work arounds: one example of a table used in the blog, others just posted a png with alt-text (example).

User story

As an blog editor, I want to render content in a styled table so that the content can be read clearly on mobile devices (25% of visitors)

Other considerations and design implementation suggestions

Consider just supporting one format that is deemed best for general use like the borderless table

We are removing this from the TLC project board because it doesn't fit into our current initiatives or strategic bets. Nice idea, but we wont work on it any time soon!
