Sorting idea:

Get all kits of connected players, get prefix of kits
Move kits with most used prefix on top, sort by name
Add other kits in the tail

As a result - kits should be sorted as:
<player's kit 1>
<player's kit 2>
...
<npc kit 1>
<npc kit 2>
