Cpu Gpu top or CGtop is advance utility for monitoring CPU + GPU Usage along with process explorer.
Currently Radeon and Nvidia GPU are supported by using pyamdgpuinfo and pynvml modules
CPU usage and additionally info such as RAM usage, and more using the psutil module
